1) Never work online when you are stressed or very tired.
2) Take periodic breaks between sessions to allow for planning and preparation for the next class.
ex: Session 1 ……………. 4pm to 5 pm
                break……… 5pm to 6pm
    Session 2…………….. 6pm to 7pm
                break……… 7pm to 8pm
